You can pay for your order with us by means of iDeal (free), or by using your Credit Card (costs are involved).

We use the payment services via Mollie. Mollie is a company with extensive experience in offering payment services. Thanks to this experience, your payment is as secure as possible.

Costs vary by country and chosen shipping partner.
Shipping lots vary by country.
In France, shipping is free from 100,-.
In Belgium, Germany and Italy, shipping from 50,- is free.
If you live in the Netherlands, we will deliver your order for free from 35,-.

We use DPD, PostNL and DHL to deliver your order. So choose which party can deliver your package.

The chosen shipping party will keep you informed of when to expect your package. You also have the option to choose a different day or address.

We’ll find all the products you’ve ordered as quickly as possible. In any case, we will send your order to you within 3 working days. Provided, of course, that the products are in stock.

Then the men or women of the chosen shipping party will make sure that the products ordered are delivered to you. You will receive an email with the information about the time of delivery. This way you don’t have to chill at home all day, although that is of course allowed :p.

Ah, no! Super annoying! Send us an email or whatsapp with your order number and a description of the problem. We will then come up with a solution to your challenge as soon as possible 😀
