How sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied!
Of course you can return your ordered product to us.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. In other words, let us know within 2 weeks if you are not completely satisfied.

Send us an email with the order number. We’re also curious to know why you’re not satisfied, because maybe then we can help you better! But this is not mandatory. We will then send you all the information and explain how to return your order to us.

By the way, you may also send us a whatsapp, totally fine 🙂

After reporting your return to us you have 2 weeks to return the products to us.

When we have received your order we will check the product.
If this arrives to us in original condition we will transfer the total amount of your order to you within 14 days. We do this through the payment method you used when you placed your order.

Please note: Broken foods with an expiration date, due to health reasons, cannot take back. This also applies to products that are made to order especially for you.

It can always happen that something doesn’t quite go as planned. We encourage you to first make complaints known to us by emailing. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur.

It is also possible for EU consumers to file complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere then you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
